HOW TO GET INTO THE AIRPORT
When you arrive to the Spanish Fork Airport we have our own separate gate for us to enter into. This is a different gate than the previous years. This gate is connected to the new airplane hangars that were built earlier this year on the North-West Side.
Here is a map to show you the layout. Below is a link that will take you directly to the gate.

Once you get into the gate you will follow the signs over to the 1/2 mile staging area. (as shown above)
When you enter into the 1/2 mile staging area you will park your car and sign-in to get your credentials to be in the area as well as to get inside 'Hangar 107'. While your car is parked our graphics team will install your race numbers and our tech team will look over your vehicle to ensure that it is safe to run.

Although not often or very likely, it is possible for your car not to pass due to safety issues.
Hangar 107
Hangar 107 have been very generous in allowing us to use their hangar this year. This hangar will have refreshments, lounge seating, as well as some air-crafts to walk around and look at. This is also where the catered dinner will be after the races.

P-51 Mustang Photoshoot
An exciting element we have this year is we'll have a P-51 Mustang in our hanger for the most of the day. If you would like to get a photo of your car in the hanger with the P-51 you can do so from 1:00PM - 2:30PM

DRIVERS MEETING
As we finish the tech inspections we will begin the drivers meeting. You will receive a text with a 15 minute notice. This mandatory meeting is where we will go through the rules, safety guidelines and some tips to help you. Shortly after the drivers meeting is completed we will do a parade lap. This is where we will all get in our cars and drive around the entire route so you can get a feel for the track and know where to turn (which will be marked by signs as well). At the end of the route is where we will begin the start of the 1/2 mile runs. (Route shown below)

At the start line each car will be told when to go. The next car doesn't go until the car in front is completely off the track. You are able to make as many passes as you'd like before we open the runway back up to air traffic around 7pm.
DINNER
Once we're finished with all our passes we will head back to 'Hangar 107' where we will do the catered dinner sponsored by Texas Roadhouse and the award ceremony.
